Recruitment requirements :
1. Authors with more than 5 years of experience: respective product experience;
2. More than 3 years of team management experience;
3. Have good professional ethics and teamwork spirit;
4. Possess expected judgment and execution ability ;
5. Have good communication skills, high-level negotiation skills and the ability to withstand pressure.
Responsibilities :
1. Establish a risk management system, design a risk control process, and conduct comprehensive prevention and control of internal and external risks;
2. Improve and implement the risk management process and standards; guide and supervise the department's pre-investment review, investment verification, and risk control processing;
3. Monitor the overall investment quality and propose risk control measures as required;
4. Monitor the development and cooperation process of cooperative institutions, and propose adjustment measures in due course;
5. Monitor and analyze the operation situation and related risk data, put forward business adjustment solutions for each project, communicate in time, and supervise the operation effect;
6. Supervise the feedback of post-investment projects.
