Recruitment requirements :
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in Internet products, working background in growth marketing is preferred;
2. Have a deep understanding of Internet products and have the logical ability to intervene.
3. Have experience in independently responsible for complete projects, and know how to quickly verify new products;
4. Have a sense of responsibility for forecasting and self-driving ability, and be able to independently coordinate resources to promote the implementation of projects.
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for the integration of product capabilities related to the growth of enterprise account customers. and marketing strategy design work;
2. Deeply understand the characteristics of enterprise account customer groups, and cooperate with operating partners to achieve self-touch. Intention to pry. Transform into an effective customer growth chain design, as well as the corresponding front office. Integrate product capabilities in China and Taiwan, and be responsible for the scale and conversion rate of intended customers
3. Participate in the formulation of growth indicators. And data monitoring system construction, data-driven growth strategy reorganization;
4. Coordinate product across teams. design. R&D and other resources to promote the efficient implementation of projects. Landing, transforming project effect review and methodology precipitation.
