Recruitment requirements :
1. More than 5 years of financial and futures background experience; more than 3 years of team management experience;
2. More than 2 years of digital currency background, with more than 1 complete project experience;
3. Familiar with blockchain and digital currency knowledge and business docking cooperation process, successful cases are preferred;
4. Those who have participated in the development of digital currency projects, private placements, listings on exchanges, etc. are preferred;
5. Proficient in English, able to use English freely for business communication, negotiation, road show, etc.;
6. Familiar with the behavior of target users in the industry, understand the preferences of various players, be able to keenly explore and grasp market dynamic information, and have a deep understanding of market operations; dig out the key value of products to enhance the attractiveness of players, and combine the actual market implementation Operation strategy
7. Be able to formulate effective work indicators for subordinates and conduct assessments, incentives, and improve team productivity.
Responsibilities :
1. Overall responsibility for the products and promotion strategies of the platform business in the target market, formulation of operational strategies, layout, organization and supervision, and implementation;
2. Responsible for the operation plan of the product life cycle of each business line on the platform, improve CTR, CVR, and ensure ROI profitability;
3. Responsible for user growth in the target market;
4. Real-time tracking of product data, multi-dimensional review, through data analysis, user feedback and the operating model of competing products, formulate a reasonable and landing operation plan to achieve business goals;
5. Put forward product optimization suggestions, and continue to improve product quality and user experience.
