Recruitment requirements :
1. More than three years experience in operating Asterisk/Freeswitch/Opensips/VOS systems;
2. Familiar with trunk line sip signaling, etc., able to analyze sip signaling messages;
3. Familiar with network voip communication protocols (tcp/ip, sip/iax), familiar with voip architecture, and have relevant maintenance and deployment experience;
4. Familiar with network architecture and network maintenance, familiar with the basic operation of linux;
5. Familiar with the voice server architecture, familiar with operating a variety of monitoring software is preferred;
6. Proficient in existing mainstream relay debugging;
7. Familiar with related protocols, such as sip, rtp/rtcp, sdp, t30, t38, etc .;
8. Familiar with relevant coding. Such as: G711, G729, G723.1, etc .;
9. Familiar with the setting and management of common IAD/IP phones in the market (centralized network management experience is preferred) .
Responsibilities : _
1. Responsible for the operating environment of the line platform related to the company's voice project;
2. PBX platform planning, monitoring, data backup, log analysis, troubleshooting, performance tuning, etc.;
3. Routine maintenance of relevant platforms, implementation of online fault resolution, problem analysis, to ensure the normal operation of the system;
4. Research related technologies of operation and maintenance, and improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance according to system requirements;
5. Analysis and summary of relevant operating data;
6. Cooperate with product and operation and maintenance technicians to communicate and solve related problems.
7. Continuously optimize traffic routing to ensure excellent voice quality.

Working hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, with a single day off in the last week of each month. Closed on Philippine public holidays.
13 salary: 13-16 salary at the end of the year.
