Recruitment requirements
1. More than 3 years of relevant experience in live broadcast operation;
2. There are anchors, marketing-related resources and channels;
3. Have high sensitivity and judgment to the live broadcast industry
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for live broadcast platform products from 0 to 1;
2. Build and optimize the operation team, anchor recruitment and training;
3. Responsible for sorting out and formulating the operation process and standardization system, and coordinating the management of internal and external resources;
4. Strong industry sensitivity and good network resources
