Recruitment requirements
1. More than 3 years of relevant experience in Internet ToC product planning, with in-depth understanding and independent insights into the industry;
2. Have independent product experience in related industries, can independently promote product development, and deliver on time with high quality;
3. Possess keen user insight and product planning and design capabilities, and be able to accurately grasp the mentality of users and customers and transform them into solutions;
4. Possess strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills, active thinking and clear logic, strong learning ability, owner awareness, high executive power and independent problem-solving ability, and strong stress resistance;
5. Proficiency in using Axure, Xmind, Visio and other common product design and process tools, with excellent document writing ability;
6. Experience in cross-platform terminal products is preferred
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for game platform-related products, conduct research, planning, product design, sort out business logic and complete the output of PRD, prototype and other related documents;
2. Work closely with UIUX, R&D, testing and other departments to promote the implementation and landing of projects, and cooperate with operations, marketing and other departments to promote the growth of products after they go online;
3. Continuously iterate products, discover new product opportunities through internal collection, competitive product research, data analysis and other means, and formulate product plans and solutions that can be implemented in combination with internal and external environments and resource structures;
4. Carry out demand management and formulate short- and medium-term project plans for their own business direction;
5. Regularly track and analyze the industry, keep abreast of industry trends, and continue to promote product improvement.
