Recruitment requirements
1. More than 5 years of experience in Windows and Linux system maintenance, proficient in system operation and maintenance processes, and have experience in independently deploying server clusters;
2. Proficient in Windows domain controller, Exchange Server operation and maintenance and troubleshooting;
3. Be able to independently deploy and operate vSphere, familiar with CentOS, Ubuntu system installation and the configuration of common services on it;
4. Familiar with common monitoring systems Zabbix and Prometheus, and can customize monitoring solutions according to needs;
5. Proficiency in using one of powershell, shell, python;
6. Have experience in high-availability deployment of services, and be familiar with fault drills and disaster recovery operations;
7. Possess strong document writing ability and willing to share knowledge; proficiency in English reading and writing can be added points;
8. Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, strong ability to resist pressure, and good service awareness;
9. Have a certain understanding of system security, intrusion detection, etc., and can formulate corresponding security measures according to the situation of the server.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for server installation and maintenance (physical and virtual machines), server monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning;
2. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of VMware Horizon and Exchange Server 2016 systems;
3. Responsible for the construction and operation and maintenance of the virtualization platform VMware and the OpenStack basic platform;
4. Responsible for project architecture design and optimization, solution output, deployment and operation and maintenance;
5. Maintain daily technical documents, provide regular feedback on problems existing in the existing environment and promote improvement;
6. Realize automation, explore and implement automated operation and maintenance for the responsible business, and improve the level of operation and maintenance automation
