Recruitment requirements
1. More than 3 years of java development experience, experience in large-scale system architecture is preferred;
2. Solid foundation of JAVA, understanding of basic frameworks such as io, multi-threading, and collection, and a certain understanding of the principles of JVM;
3. Familiar with the design and application of distributed systems, familiar with distributed, cache, message queue and other mechanisms;
4. Master the Linux operating system and distributed database; have strong analysis and design capabilities and program integration capabilities;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, have the spirit of ownership, take the initiative, and have a good ability to resist pressure, think deeply, and solve problems;
6. Possess good communication skills and teamwork awareness, have the ability to give reasonable technical solutions for specific scenarios or requirements, and coordinate across departments;

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and development of departmental products and project backend;
2. Responsible for the design and development of internal tools, components, and basic services;
3. Be able to take the lead in formulating code specifications, have coding cleanliness, point out code problems of other engineers and be able to optimize and improve;
4. Familiar with the overall workflow of agile development, able to lead 2 to 3 R&D engineers to undertake the development and management of a module or system;

Salary: Fixed basic salary + quarterly performance + 500RMB full attendance (suspension of payment at home) + 200RMB water and electricity subsidies + 1800RMB meal allowance + 2000RMB housing allowance (no housing allowance for lodgers) + 13 salary + year-end bonus (14-17 salary). And all kinds of paid holidays, including annual leave, sick leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, etc.; and provide air ticket benefits for visiting relatives (3,000RMB per year, paid in salary).
6. Holiday activities: Large-scale festival activities will be held on traditional Chinese holidays and other holidays (Spring Festival, Mother's Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas, etc.), and holiday cash and gifts will be distributed.
7. Others: * Apply for 9G work visa, full reimbursement of new crown treatment expenses (with paid treatment) and 70% medical reimbursement for daily medical treatment

9. Single room in the technical dormitory, self-holding after the passport is confirmed
10. Chinese nationals must hold a passport to enter the job (no matter what visa is currently available, they need to hold the passport after entering the job and becoming a regular)
