Recruitment requirements
1. Proficient in middle and senior management training
2. Bachelor degree or above, working experience in well-known enterprises or peers is preferred;
3. More than 2 years of experience in training, experience in building a training system and having done management training projects;
4. Possess excellent professional ability and professional quality, proficient in using office software, and strong execution ability. English can be used as working language.
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist superiors in building and improving the company's training system, management system, and work process, organize, guide and supervise the company's various training work;
2. Organize the company's training demand survey, formulate the company's overall training plan and budget, and organize the implementation;
3. According to the service quality of each department and the quality needs of employees, assist the department to formulate training plans, check the implementation of the plan, make an objective evaluation and summary of the training situation and training effect, and propose a new training plan;
4. According to the company's development strategy, assist the superior to build a talent echelon training system, etc.
