Job Title: COE Manager/Supervisor

Recruitment requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, non-Chinese nationality is preferred for majors in human resource management;
2. More than 5 years of working experience in well-known human resource consulting companies or CoE;


Job Responsibilities
1. Based on the business strategy, assist the person in charge of human resources to formulate human resources solutions, promote the implementation of strategies, and strengthen the overall improvement of organizational capabilities;
2. Leading organizational diagnosis, providing organizational structure design, adjustment of rank system, talent development solutions;
3. Lead the design and optimization of the salary incentive system, including the design of medium and long-term incentive schemes, and output performance incentive schemes according to the customization of each business department;
4. Responsible for the design of the main human resources project plan to ensure the implementation effect of the plan, and put forward feasible suggestions for the company's human resource management work;
