Job Title: Technical Customer Service

Work location: Philippines

Recruitment requirements
1. Smooth communication in Chinese, clear thinking, good expression and communication skills, careful and patient work;
2. Work experience in technical customer service is preferred;
3. Relevant work experience as a data specialist is preferred;
4. Computer-related majors are preferred;
5. Two shifts, with short night shifts (off work at 4:00 a.m., slightly adjusted according to actual working conditions)


Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the docking and communication work of each docking group and business personnel of the department;
2. Responsible for the timely response to abnormal monitoring alarms of the department;
3. Responsible for the follow-up and backtracking work of technical personnel dealing with abnormal service of the department;
4. Assist the product to complete the test and acceptance of the development and online service;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders
