Recruitment requirements
1. Can communicate in English, Chinese, and Filipino, and have excellent language organization skills, Filipino and Chinese are preferred ;
2. Customer service experience in the BC industry ;
3. Team management experience is preferred ;
4. Understand the rules of sports, lottery, baccarat, etc .;
5. Familiar with excel , PowerPoint and other data analysis, daily reporting and other summary capabilities ;
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, good at multi-departmental collaboration, familiar with project management and time management;
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Filipino customer service management, daily scheduling, Filipino business training to ensure the smooth progress of the project
2. Responsible for the daily customer service of the customer service department, perform tasks in accordance with various processes and specifications, ensure user satisfaction, and promote process update and adjustment in order to continuously improve user experience
3. Collect user feedback and problem information, compile relevant content and provide it to relevant departments for resolution.
4. Formulate and implement the work plan and daily management of the Filipino team of the customer service department.
5. Be able to face problems and customers with a better attitude, and have better EQ and emotions to solve customer problems.
6. Responsible for the collection of system requirements, and follow up with relevant departments to ensure the smooth launch of the project
