Recruitment requirements
1. College degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in event planning or website operation, at least one operation project has been fully experienced.
2. Good logical reasoning and data analysis capabilities, able to mine user needs and analyze operational data.
3. Strong activity organization ability, good communication skills, coordination ability and efficient execution ability.
4. Those with successful BC event operation or event operation experience are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for planning a complete activity plan, following up the progress of the activity on-line, and independently responsible for the formulation and implementation of operational activities.
2. Responsible for cross-departmental communication, coordinate the resources of various departments of the company, and jointly complete the event planning work.
3. Regularly conduct in-depth research on competing products in the market, grasp the current version dynamics of competing products at the first time, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of competing product versions, and put forward product optimization suggestions.
4. Undertake unified activities and site-specific activity needs.
