Job Title : Test Supervisor

Recruitment requirements
1. More than 5 years experience in software testing
2.
Led a test team of 8-20 people, independently responsible for small version delivery
3.
Familiar with testing theory and concepts, writing test cases
4.
Familiar with test management tools and defect management tools
5.
Familiar with testing theory, process, methods and common testing tools
6. Familiar with a language such as Java/Shell/PHP/Python/Ruby , familiar with Linux common operation commands, familiar with basic operations of Oracle/MySQL database
7.
Performance testing, automated testing, security testing, interface testing, and business function testing are good at at least one field and have outstanding capabilities
8.
Have good communication skills, comprehensive coordination skills and understanding skills

Job Responsibilities
1. Establish and improve the departmental personnel work structure system, organize and formulate the company's departmental management systems, methods and processes, supervise and promote the implementation of systems, methods and processes
2. Plan the project testing strategy, review the R&D plan, participate in the scheduling of version requirements, and synchronize the assignment of tasks by the team leader. If there is a risk in the version scheduling, communicate and solve it in time
3.
Control the progress, risk and quality of the version, track and understand the version launch situation and verification results
4.
Assist the team leader in the training and backup of the team members, including business knowledge, skills, management, etc.
5.
Coordinate, deploy, and solve the shortage of manpower in a certain group during the requirements testing stage, and realize flexible backup of manpower between groups
6.
Observe and identify dynamic risks of personnel, if there are risks, communicate and solve them in time or report to the leader
7.
Participate in evaluating performance and other rewards, synchronize with the team leader, and intervene in team member communication when necessary
8.
Respond to online issues, and regularly organize meetings to review and discuss how to avoid recurrence
9. Excavate talents, participate in interviews at the same time, and recruit excellent talents for the company
10.
Communicate the company's systems and information, and supervise employees' execution
11.
Organize cultural construction work such as entertainment and dinner parties in the subordinate departments to enhance the cohesion of departmental employees
12.
Manage the resources and equipment of the company's departments, responsible for procurement, statistics, and daily use supervision
