Recruitment requirements
1. Possess a wealth of professional business knowledge reserve, familiar with data flow
2. Proficiency in SQL syntax. Master one of the development languages of java, python, scala, R
3. Experienced in data analysis, sensitive to data and the business behind data fluctuations
4. Understand the data warehouse and have a basic understanding of big data technology
5. Familiar with mainstream big data analysis and modeling software, familiar with commonly used data mining data analysis and other analysis methods is preferred
6. Familiar with the business background of big data applications, and those who are familiar with customer portrait business scenarios and risk control models are preferred
7. Serious and responsible working attitude, meticulous and cautious
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in the completion of data collation and data analysis, regularly track key business indicators and control indicators and form analysis reports ;
2. Quickly respond to the needs of superiors, quickly locate and analyze problems, sort out business problems through data analysis and data mining, and provide effective analysis conclusions to provide support for decision-making ;
3. Understand the basic structure of the data platform, and regularly sort out the requirements and implement them for systems such as the data platform ;
4. According to the problems of business development and risk management, regularly issue special reports;
5. Combined with business characteristics, use data extraction, cleaning, mining, modeling and other capabilities to provide support for the business.
