Recruitment requirements
1. Computer software or related majors, more than 5 years of Java development experience.
2. Familiar with the core grammar of Java , and have certain experience in multi-threading, JVM optimization, IO , etc.
3. Proficiency in using commonly used frameworks , such as Spring Boot , springcloud , Mybatis , Spring mvc , etc.
4. Proficiency in using at least one database such as MySQL , Redis , MongoDB , etc., and proficiency in using SQL for complex queries and performance tuning.
5. Proficiency in using various JavaEE frameworks , such as Spring-Boot, SpringMVC, Spring, Mybatis , etc .;
6. Familiar with JVM optimization, RPC , cache, message queue, load balancing, Nginx , etc.;
7. Proficiency in using at least one message middleware such as RocketMQ , RabbitMQ , Kafka , etc.
8. Familiar with commonly used Linux commands, configuration and deployment of application servers such as Nginx on Linux systems ;
9. Good communication skills and document writing skills, good teamwork and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the demand discussion and put forward suggestions for demand optimization to ensure the rigor of the demand.
2. Responsible for system requirements analysis and core code development to ensure code maintainability and high quality.
3. Participate in the upgrade, monitoring and performance tuning of the online system environment to ensure stable operation.
