Recruitment requirements
1. More than 3 years of experience in web/h5 development, and have participated in the development of complex projects.
2. Proficient in various front-end technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Node.JS , etc., proficient in at least one of the three directions of Web ( PC+Mobile ) /Node.js/Native App , and more than one is better
3. Have a certain understanding of front-end engineering and modular development, be proficient in using webpack and other tools, and have relevant experience in packaging optimization
4. Proficiency in using git for project code management and version control, and follow certain popular norms
5. Proficient in using or proficient in react and vue frameworks to understand the principles, and have some research on the source code, and be able to write high-performance logic codes based on the framework
6. Possess a good teamwork spirit, be able to use their own technical capabilities to improve the overall R&D efficiency of the team, and increase the team's influence; have continuous enthusiasm for front-end technology, optimistic and cheerful personality, strong logic, and good at cooperation
7. Bonus points (one is enough): Nodejs backend or js full-stack product development experience; cross-platform technology RN/Weex/Flutter ; complex enterprise background application development experience; NodeJS application development in large-scale / high-load scenarios , operation and maintenance experience; skilled or proficient in relational or non-relational database operations
Remarks: Personnel with experience in Whatsapp and Facebook projects are required
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the front-end development, maintenance and optimization of the company's projects, and complete the writing of the core code;
2. Communicate with products and designs, and be able to provide front-end technical solutions and realize interactive prototypes for different business needs;
3. Optimize the performance of front-end related projects, reduce loading, execution and rendering time, and improve user experience;
4. Coordinate and communicate across departments, and be able to gradually deposit front-end tools and components in the project;
