Recruitment requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as a daily working language, more than 3 years of experience in Internet products, not limited to mobile games, social networking, e-commerce, etc.
2. Possess product planning ability, strong logical thinking ability, and be able to independently be responsible for the whole process of product project design, development follow-up, and acceptance
3. Experience in social gameplay, game planning/operation, growth/retention product experience is preferred
4. Passionate, creative, following hot spots, curious about new things, familiar with fission forms of social gameplay, and has a strong sense of user experience
5. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, and have a positive influence and appeal on teamwork
Job Responsibilities
1. Serious enthusiasts of social/community products, on the basis of a deep understanding of C-end needs, carry out product planning, design, iteration and project follow-up, perfect Deadline Killer
2. Product manager thinking with immersive guidance and product self-service operation, leading the team to formulate requirements, promote progress, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration & delivery, and ensure high-quality completion of product iterations as planned
3. Experts in user intoxication and fission, on the basis of insight into human nature, user behavior and psychology, design corresponding functional loaders in a targeted manner, and apply them to product system iterations
4. Familiar with game ecological fission strategy and promotion strategy, understand product data and user needs, continuously optimize and improve product effects, and increase user conversion and stickiness
