Recruitment requirements
1. More than one year of relevant work experience in product positions, project experience, network package, sports, chess and card related experience, or background in large Internet companies is preferred; undergraduate degree or above, graduates from 985 or 211 colleges are preferred .
2. Possess excellent Internet product thinking ability, program design ability, data analysis ability, and ability to distinguish authenticity and demand.
3. Good expression, communication and organization skills, document writing skills, cross-departmental coordination of resources and cross-team cooperation and promotion skills.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, courage to challenge, strong ability to resist pressure, and excellent execution ability.
5. Active thinking, good at active learning, strong comprehension ability; good at Microsoft Office, Adobe, Visio, JAVA, Axure, Xmind, MockingBot, ProcessOn and other product-related software.
Job Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality and clear product interaction prototype expression copy, mine and analyze the needs of users or business departments, and establish optimal solutions.
2. Competitive product analysis, collecting user feedback, demand research, writing user manuals, and writing BRD/PRD.
3. Product documentation, product process, formulation of product structure, demand list, interactive prototype diagram, etc.
4. Responsible for user experience, pay attention to product details, and continuously optimize products through analysis of users, data, business and competing products.
5. Find abnormal fluctuations in business index data, and provide solutions based on data analysis
