Recruitment requirements
1. More than 5 years of experience in Internet/online games (app games), financial operation management, successful experience in the same industry is preferred;
2. Have experience in Internet product operation and management, and have a clear logical understanding and understanding of the operation system, promotion system, and user system;
3. Have a strong ability to develop traffic channels and promotion channels, actively explore various promotion channels, and establish cooperative relationships with channels;

Job Responsibilities
1. According to the company's operation strategy, formulate product operation planning, strategy, layout and implementation according to the characteristics of the platform products and market conditions, and formulate the marketing strategy of the platform;
2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the overall strategy and plan for product positioning, media publicity, marketing promotion, channel construction and customer service of the operation platform;
3. Fully responsible for the company's channels, BD, marketing, brand, media relations, customer relations and government relations and other related market work;
4. Analyze and observe industry products and competing products, adjust strategies and plans in a timely manner, and explore new opportunities in the market;
5. Based on the product's user attributes, combined with the product's functional characteristics, put forward a targeted operation plan, communicate with the product manager and technology to confirm the demand, and follow up the implementation;
6. Regularly plan and execute online and offline activities, adopt various methods to increase product exposure, and at the same time guide customers to generate content, enhance customer stickiness, and increase user activity;
7. Promote the development of various operational businesses, improve operational efficiency through the analysis of user experience and business; implement and monitor the implementation of various strategies, and report to the company's management in a timely manner; responsible for operational management training, team management and talent echelon construction .
