1. College degree, more than 1 year of relevant work experience in data analysis;

4. Proficient in office software and good at mathematics.
Job Responsibilities
1. Based on business understanding and development needs, continuously improve various management and operation index systems;
2. Responsible for the data monitoring and analysis of various business operations and operational indicators, responsible for the statistics and monitoring of daily operating data, and conduct quantitative analysis, mining changes in business and operational trends, changes in the driving factors of indicators, etc.;
3. Understand the business nature behind the data, mine data insights in different business scenarios, discover potential defects and opportunities, and provide data support for business decisions;
4. Responsible for the review and analysis of important business issues, refining and summarizing conclusions, outputting macro, micro and business strategies, and assisting business decisions to obtain business results;
5. Formulate business goals and realization paths, and assist management to determine business strategies.
