3. Possess a wealth of promotion resources and be familiar with the agent investment process
4. Strong ability to resist pressure, able to take the initiative to bear certain performance pressure.
5. Must have independently done investment promotion work as an agent.

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the introduction and daily maintenance of new agents;
2. Formulate agency investment promotion policy.
3. Complete other agency affairs assigned by the leader.
