Recruitment requirements
1. Proficient in Html/css , javascript/typescript language, React framework and performance optimization;
2. Have experience in using Node.js , npm , gulp, grunt , webpack , etc., and have practical experience in front-end engineering and modular development;
3. Have a deep understanding of user experience, interactive operation process and demand ;
4. Passionate about technology, pursuing principles and exploring best practices;
5. Have good communication skills and excellent teamwork spirit;
6. Familiar with graphics and webgl/opengl development technology is preferred.
7. Independent thinking, product awareness, and those who can propose system improvement and product optimization are preferred;
8. At the same time, those who have research and development experience in mobile React-Native technology and related works are preferred.
Responsibilities _
1. Responsible for the front-end development of short video-related business needs;
2. Participate in module design, undertake system and project development;
3. Responsible for the front-end / full-stack development of short video efficiency tools / management background, jointly build an industry-leading product management platform, and provide product engineers and users with first-class product experience;
4. Responsible for the user experience, usage efficiency, architecture design, product online effect , development efficiency and stability of the product online service and offline data processing platform;
5. Realize a good development tool, monitoring, Debug , operation and maintenance platform for the product team;
6. Use technical and organizational means to improve the overall performance of machines, people and companies.
7. Research and analyze the implementation of mainstream technologies in the industry, optimize the implementation plan, and continuously improve product functions.
