Recruitment requirements
1. More than 3 years of work experience, love games, pay attention to game experience, and have a deep understanding of games; combine the work of this position with the product to improve the game experience.
2. Graduated from art-related majors, solid art skills and good aesthetics.

Responsibilities _
1. Cooperate with the main artist of the project to formulate the game scene production style, and output scene production templates and specifications;
2. Solid basic skills, good modeling ability and excellent color. Able to understand the original scene painting well, and can understand and discuss the conceptual design.
3. Possess the ability to design scene models, clarify the visual design points of the scene, be able to provide creative points beyond the original painting, and design that meets the needs of players and exceeds players' expectations.
4. Participate in specific original painting design tasks, formulate quality standards and specifications, and participate in audits; can clearly and orderly sort out contract issuance and feedback content, and guide art outsourcing personnel to improve design effects. Organize original scene painters and scene producers to carry out their work;
5. Use the engine editor to control the final game effect of the character;
6. Have good language expression ability and cooperative attitude, have a strong sense of responsibility
Bonus point 1: Those who are familiar with the national style, love traditional culture, and have participated in round games and 45° perspective games are preferred, and those who are especially good at three renderings are even better.
