Recruitment requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or management;
2. At least 8 years of working experience in human resources management, with experience in financial and Internet-related industries is preferred;
3. Familiar with the six modules of human resource management, familiar with enterprise management knowledge; have rich practical and executive ability in human resource management;
4. Familiar with relevant national personnel laws and regulations, and handle labor relations well;
5. Possess strong strategic thinking ability, team leadership ability, analysis and judgment ability, communication and coordination ability, and pressure tolerance ability.
6. Possess good organizational coordination, communication and expression skills, adaptability, problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility and dedication;
7. Have good writing skills and official document writing ability.
 

Responsibilities _

1. According to the company's overall strategic development requirements and business objectives, formulate the company's human resource strategy, organize and improve human resource-related policies and systems, and provide a basis for the smooth development of each module of human resource management;
2. Improve the formulation of the company's organizational structure and job responsibilities, be good at the selection and selection of various talents, improve the company's talent reserve and organizational structure construction, and realize the optimal allocation of talents;
3. According to the company's human resources planning, responsible for optimizing the company's salary and welfare system, reviewing and controlling the company's total salary and effectively motivating employees' work initiative and creativity;
4. Promote the construction of the company's corporate culture, so that all employees of the company can establish good and unified values, improve employee satisfaction, and enhance employees' sense of belonging to the company and team cohesion;
5. Organize and formulate employee training plans, assist various departments to carry out various training work, and supervise the effectiveness of employee training;
6. Good at performance management, salary and benefits, employee motivation, formulate performance evaluation system, implement monthly and annual performance evaluation system of business department;
7. Organize the formulation of personnel management guidelines, policies, regulations and standards for employee recruitment, appointment, transfer, assessment, promotion, rewards and punishments, and professional title evaluation, and supervise their implementation;
8. Assist in the organization of talent inventory, selection of outstanding talents, employee assessment during the probationary period, and implementation of special talent projects;
9. Assist in improving the company's various human resource systems, regularly organize employee activities and employee interviews, and be responsible for the company's labor employment risk prevention and labor dispute resolution;
10. Manage and guide the relevant work of the administrative department, improve the relevant process and work implementation.
11. Regularly provide special suggestions to the general manager on human resource strategy, organizational construction, administrative management, etc., provide human resource information support for the company's major decisions, and devote itself to improving the company's comprehensive management level
