Recruitment requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in marketing, advertising, brand communication, journalism and other related majors, more than 3 years of work experience in 4A or well-known Internet Party A, experience in brand whole case planning, and successful cases of brand operation experience in the whole process;
- Strong innovative thinking, fast grasp of market information and quick response; strong analysis and judgment ability, creativity and resource integration ability; strong writing ability, good at strategy proposal;
- Strong program and copywriting skills, as well as communication and speech skills;
- Good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and social skills, patience, and strong ability to withstand pressure; have super planning and execution capabilities, and be able to achieve operational goals with the team;
- Good at PPT production, have certain PS skills, and have a good teamwork spirit.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the brand marketing online event planning plan and sponsorship social media rights activation and refinement of the implementation plan, including but not limited to establishing online and offline brand promotion channels, planning and executing various online and offline marketing activities, etc.;
- Responsible for the data collation and analysis of the results after the event;
- Responsible for sponsorship marketing, marketing events, festival marketing, thinking and writing of creative content for marketing activities;
- Cross-departmental communication and collaboration, effectively coordinate the required resources, and promote the progress of the entire project.
