Recruitment requirements
- Male or female, 21-35 years old;
- College degree or above;
- More than 1 year working experience in agency, promotion or MLM and distribution. Marketing, advertising media and other related majors;
- Ability to resist pressure, strong execution, careful, down-to-earth, reliable, and responsible;
- Understand the MLM model;
- Have rich promotion experience, be familiar with and master the promotion skills of various promotion channels;
- Can maintain strong market sensitivity at all times, insight into competing products, and have excellent channel expansion and promotion capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for digging out the users of this disk, guide them to become agents, and conduct layer by layer to form fission;
- Constantly optimize and adjust the fission strategy to find the optimal fission plan to achieve the fission goal specified by the company.
- Performance-oriented, fission experience, or industry resources are preferred.
- Have the experience and ability to set up departments, personnel and training.
- Lead the team to complete performance indicators, set sales targets, sales models, sales budgets and incentive plans.
- 7. Complete the business training of team members, clarify the work progress and personal performance goals, and establish and improve the team's various management systems and benefits.
