【Prerequisites】
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer related major is preferred
2. Have a solid PHP foundation, basic knowledge of data structure, network, IO, etc.
3. More than two years of server-side development experience, at least three years of game server-side development experience;
4. Familiar with the use and optimization of redis, mysql, mongodb
5. Familiar with the linux environment and common commands, build a linux project operating environment.
6. Possess good coding habits and ability to analyze and solve problems, and be able to independently undertake work tasks.
7. Have certain web front-end experience, familiar with common web front-end technology frameworks such as div+css, jquery, etc., and develop and manage background pages.
【Additional conditions】
1. Have nodejs, go and other programming language development experience
2. Familiar with blockchain related technology erc, trc related project development experience is preferred
3. Have unit test, functional test and even TDD implementation experience
4. Ability to work independently and work in a team.
5. Have good communication skills and anti-stress.
6. Others who have more than 1 year of overseas work experience, and those who can quickly adapt to a foreign environment are preferred.

company benefits
1. Monthly off 4, 9 hours work system. Saturday working hours are 9-18:00, weekdays 9:30-21:30, 12-14:00 is lunch break, 18-19:00 is dinner time.
2. The salary is paid in Dirhams. In addition to the basic salary every month, multiple bonuses and performance bonuses will be provided according to work performance after regularization, generally ranging from 20% to 70% (depending on the company's operating conditions and work performance).

7. 21 days of annual leave per year, after the probationary period of three months, depending on the busy status of the department, you can apply for it in proportion to the time you arrived at the job.
8. 7-day return home spring break during Chinese New Year, 3 times salary for working during the Spring Festival.
9. 2 days of paid sick leave per year.
10. The year-end bonus is 13-17 months each year (proportionately given for less than one year).
11. Free lunch + dinner is provided on working days. If you don’t order meals, you can transfer cash and pay (20AED/meal). We provide afternoon tea and fruit days every week, and unlimited supply of snacks.

Monthly subsidy: 500AED overseas allowance + 1560AED meal allowance = 2060AED
