Job Responsibilities

  1. Understand the situation of the supported team, provide support for the development of the team, apply professional theories, methods, tools, and provide a full range of solutions for the business team, including salary performance, employee relations, training and other human resources work;
  2. Able to give advice to the business side from the perspective of HR, and give advice on team planning and development;
  3. Through the interaction with the management and employees, establish effective and diversified channels, ensure the effective and regular transmission of information in the organization, and promote the rapid development of the company's business;
  4. Build a team and cultural atmosphere, create a good employee relationship, plan and organize employee activities, practice the company's cultural values, and promote the implementation and implantation of the company's cultural values;
  5. Responsible for the management of the basic human resources team and the construction of the personnel echelon.
