Recruitment requirements
1. College degree or above, love art, have outstanding art skills, be sensitive to color, and have excellent creativity;
2. More than 5 years of 3D game art work experience, more than 2 years of management experience, and at least 2 U3D games with complete project art experience;
3. Familiar with the Unity3D engine, proficient in using PS, Maya, Max and other art production tools.
4. With years of experience and skill accumulation in making 3D models, he has his own expertise and can adapt to various styles. And be able to learn and research new technologies, and be able to train and guide other production staff to complete production tasks;
5. Familiar with various design links such as ui, characters, scenes, actions, special effects, etc., with strong communication and coordination skills
6. Good learning, communication and understanding skills, strong ability to withstand pressure, and certain work experience in game art production management is preferred;
7. Priority will be given to those who have experience in the original painting design of games that have successfully launched products on the market and have excellent artistic performance.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the technical development, personnel management, work plan, progress and quality of the art team of the game project;
2. Set the art style of the game, control the art direction and overall expressiveness of the game;
3. According to the description of the function of the game product planning, provide a creative draft design;
4. Responsible for decomposing, managing, and integrating art resources, controlling progress, outputting and managing normative documents, and improving the overall effectiveness of the team.
5. Review the original painting, modeling, special effects and other art work, unify the art style, and communicate with the program and art smoothly;
