Recruitment requirements
1. At least three years of U3D main program development experience;
2. Master the XLua hot-update scheme or other hot-update schemes, and be able to expand and develop the C library;
3. Proficient in data structure and algorithm, familiar with commonly used design patterns;
4. Proficient in the Unity engine, have a deep understanding of resource management, resource packaging, and performance optimization;
5. Master common scripting languages.
6. Have a certain understanding of computer graphics, master the operation process of the rendering pipeline, and master the basic shader.
7. Experience in developing chess, casual games, and large-scale games is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
1. Solve the key and difficult problems in the project.
2. Optimize game performance.
3. Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the underlying core logic code.
4. Responsible for implementing Unity-related automation editor plug-ins.
