Recruitment requirements

1. Plan and design the overall system architecture (including technical architecture and business architecture) of all products of the company, and be able to independently output technical documents and core codes;

2. Technically able to independently complete product system design, development and maintenance tasks; technically guide and supervise the entire team, provide architecture training and technical support to developers, and solve technical problems. And check, analyze and optimize the business logic concept, system performance and scalability;

3. Responsible for research and exploration of new technologies and technology accumulation, and technical verification of key technologies;

4. It is necessary to have a deep understanding of the industry in which the company is located, and to have an accurate judgment on the technological development trend and management status of the industry.

5. Manage the formulation of technical specifications of the company. Develop technical standards and related processes.

6. Coordinate and manage all projects and team members of the technical department, and control the completion progress, service and product quality of all projects;

7. Formulate work plans, coordinate resources, assign work, monitor project progress, feedback information, etc.;

8. Organize, guide and monitor the progress and quality of the project in charge, and deal with the problems in the process in time;

9. Be able to lead and motivate your team to complete the tasks assigned by the company and achieve the company's technical management and performance goals.

10. Be responsible for the company's business results, and support and guide the work of the business department as the company's management.

Job Responsibilities

1. Computer-related professional background, more than 8 years of experience in JAVA or C++ technology development, more than 5 years of experience in R&D team management, and have led a technical team of more than 300 people;

2. Familiar with Golang or C++, and proficient in mainstream architecture and design patterns, capable of system architecture design; have experience in development and design of high-load, high concurrency, large data volume, and distributed systems.

3. Strong system analysis ability, experience in design and development of large-scale packet network or chess and card platform, SAAS enterprise service platform and other products is preferred.

4. Strong experience in front-end and back-end architecture, familiar with front-end and back-end code, and experience in H5 platform.

4. Strong management ability, executive ability, sense of responsibility, able to withstand huge work pressure.

5. Possess strong team management ability, project management ability and team training ability.
