Job Title: Test Supervisor/Test Manager

Recruitment requirements

1. Have 5 years or more experience in Internet test development/automation test/performance test;

2. Possess the development ability of at least one language Python/C++/Java/Go;

3. Familiar with popular test automation frameworks or tools in the industry, and have practical experience in unit testing/interface automation/UI automation projects;

4. Familiar with the performance testing framework and write performance scripts (Jmeter/Locust, etc.);

5. Familiar with weak network, UI, delay, security, fluency and other special tests are preferred;

6. Skilled use of Linux/Unix operating system, Mysql/Oracle/Redis/Hbase/Hive and other databases;

7. Master the principles of network protocols and the application in analysis of practical problems (Tcp/Udp/Websocket/Http, etc.);

8. Clear logical thinking, love testing work and have a high degree of work enthusiasm and professionalism, and have good communication/teamwork/stress resistance.

Job Responsibilities

1. Mainly responsible for the testing of H5/App/interface game business, conducting demand analysis, test design, test execution, release verification, online problem follow-up and other closed-loop work for the tested object; taking into account the testing tools required by the corresponding business , Test script development, improve test efficiency, and ensure test quality through multiple means;

2. Possess good quality awareness, be responsible for the quality of the project in charge of testing, and be able to independently undertake project quality analysis and promotion work;

3. Have independent test project management coordination ability and risk control ability;

4. Excavate problems and improvement points in the work, effectively optimize and improve working methods; have good initiative and motivation to learn and improve;

5. Master the basic technology and knowledge required by the position, and be able to accumulate working methods and experience, and share and inherit.
