Recruitment requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of Internet work experience, with complete product process design experience
3. Rigorous thinking and clear logic, able to keenly capture the weak points in the application of business technology
4. Be proficient in using product tools such as Figma, Axure, Office, Visio , etc., and be able to design product interaction prototypes , processes , product descriptions and other documents;
5. Those with gaming and financial industry experience or technology development experience are preferred, and those with business 0-1 success experience are preferred
6. Have industry insight and analysis, demand research and analysis, product planning and design, business operation and packaging, online operation and management capabilities;
7. Possess strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills, and good logical expression, communication and teamwork skills;
8. Have a good self-drive, and quickly learn to accept new environments;
9. Have team awareness, be good at communication, actively face difficulties, and have a good attitude towards pressure.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the planning, functional design and iteration of the company's core projects;
2. Analyze the market and users, research similar products in the market, and explore the core demands of users;
3. Responsible for the implementation and promotion of the product development process, and promote the project team members and cross-departmental members to formulate plans to ensure the quality of the product launch
4. Through data collection and analysis of user behavior and product operation data, optimize user experience and increase conversion rate;
5. Participate in product verification, product demand testing and customer verification;
6. Responsible for demand mining, business model innovation, business planning and implementation.
