Recruitment requirements

  • Human resource management and other related college degree or above
  • More than 5 years of experience in personnel administration, and more than 3 years of management experience in the same position;
  • Proficient in each module of human resources, and have a systematic understanding of the human resources management mode of modern enterprises;
  • Familiar with Malaysia's local laws, regulations and policies on contract management, salary system, insurance benefits, training, etc.;
  • Strong communication, coordination and team leadership skills, good service awareness;
  • Dedicated to work, positive and optimistic, able to accept high-intensity work;
  • Good planning ability, analysis and judgment ability and execution ability, meticulous work, good at handling various emergencies.

Job Responsibilities

  • According to the company's development strategy, coordinate and plan the overall strategic planning of human resources;
  • Coordinate and guide the recruitment, employee training, performance appraisal, salary and other work of the department and various employing departments to ensure the rational use of the company's human resources;
  • Establish and improve the human resource management system, design and formulate the human resource management model, including: recruitment, training, salary, performance, and employee relations;
  • Provide high-level decision makers with suggestions on human resource strategy, organizational structure construction, etc., and devote themselves to improving the overall comprehensive management level of the company;
  • Shape, maintain and promote corporate culture, and strengthen the cohesion of employees;
  • Formulate and organize the implementation of administrative logistics management development plans, implementation processes, rules and regulations;
  • Formulate and manage departmental expense budgets, and be responsible for departmental staff training, assessment, motivation, and team building.
