Recruitment requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of assistant and secretary related work experience is preferred;
2. Have more than 1 year of team management and operation management experience;
3. The past job is stable and the background is clean (no criminal record and bad habits);
3. Fluency in Chinese and English, Filipino is a plus;
4. Age 23-35 years old, girls are preferred, good image and temperament are bonus points;
5. Optimistic and cheerful personality, adaptable, patient and meticulous; have strong affinity and communication skills, and have a good sense of teamwork;

Responsibilities _

1. The company's office environment support: station management and coordination;
2. Daily affairs support: gift management, document printing management, etc.;
3. Conference support: conference room reservation, conference coordination and organization;
4. Cultural construction support: assist in the planning and organization of departmental staff activities (annual meeting, team building, etc.);
5. Department affairs support: travel management, air ticket hotel reservation, daily related affairs arrangement;
6. Other matters assigned by the CEO;
