Recruitment requirements :

1. Bachelor degree; major in human resources or business administration, psychology is preferred;

2. Experience in participating in the construction or operation of corporate universities;

3. At least 3 years of experience in the same industry or an equivalent position in an Internet company. Understand the TD work system, be proficient and be able to flexibly apply various training methods, tools, and models, so as to participate in the research, meet the training content and achieve the goal

4. Clear logical analysis and expression skills, transformed organizational planning, overall planning and coordination skills, able to quickly learn and adapt to the environment in an unfamiliar environment;

5. Be upright, principled, high EQ, and not favoritism. Open minded, able to positively understand classified feedback and suggestions.

6. Able to make correct choices according to the process and system in various workplace environments.

7. Good Chinese and English expression and writing skills.

 

Responsibilities :

  1. Based on the company's talent management strategic plan, establish and improve the group's talent development and training system;
  2. Be able to collect, research, and identify effective training needs, and carry out project and plan formulation, implementation, evaluation, and tracking;

3. Lead the subordinates to jointly complete the TD work objectives and tasks at each stage, and establish corresponding data, knowledge cases, and information files;

4. According to the training objectives, organize internal and external training activities, curriculum development, construction of internal lecturer resources, and continuously improve the operation performance of the training system;

  1. Can independently undertake the development and teaching of some general courses;

6. Cooperate with the corporate culture supervisor/manager to complete the implementation plan of organizational culture;

7. Complete other human resources related work assigned by the superior.
