Recruitment requirements :
1. Strong learning ability. High initiative. A degree in human resources is an advantage.

3. Familiar with or proficient in HR ER. performance. Recruitment. At least 2 mods in talent development.
4. More than 2 years of team management experience.

Responsibilities :
1. Provide recruitment support for the rapid expansion and development of the business, and ensure that the business is implemented and achieved as planned.
2. Promote the construction and improvement of talent development channels for business lines, and pass the talent inventory. Key personnel training. Succession planning and other methods are used for organizational selection. Develop and retain talent.
3. Assist managers to effectively manage the team, including team building. Employee Care. Employee incentive. performance management. Cultural advocacy and integration. employee relations, etc.
4. Comprehensively follow up the construction of the group's core culture in the business group and the implementation of the mechanism, and reflect it in the work behavior of employees.
5. Provide comprehensive human resources support for organizational development, including: employment needs. performance improvement. Employee Relations. Talent development.
6. Support business group leaders from the perspective of human resources. The existing supervisor completes the consolidation of OKRs for each quarter.
7. Based on the Group's policies and policies, continue to improve and develop human resources with the characteristics of the business group. administrative. Mid-end and back-end departmental processes.
