Recruitment requirements :
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of experience in user growth in well-known Internet companies or more than 5 years of experience in marketing or user operation team management ;
2. Clear thinking logic, goal-oriented, insight into business through data analysis, and user growth ;
3. Familiar with the pain points of platform-based user needs, it is better to have practical experience in operation .
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for the company's overall strategic planning and product planning, and establish the user behavior growth operation strategy and system structure;
2. Establish user stratification. User avatar system, analyze the in-depth needs of users, design a value system, and promote user growth;
3. Attract the growth of target users, establish operational channels, focus on public accounts, and combine communities.
4. Good at combining attractions and events. Associate scenarios, mine new indicators, fully mobilize users' communication power, and realize operational fission;
5. Through regular monitoring of operational data, analyze problems, optimize user experience, and provide suggestions for product optimization;
6. Be sensitive to data, discover new product growth points or improvement points, and propose feasible product solutions, products or operating skills that can be adopted;
7. Pay attention to industry growth strategies, maintain curiosity about various growth methods, and use them comprehensively to achieve growth goals.
