Job Responsibilities

1. Food: The company building is equipped with a staff canteen, which provides 5 meals a day.
2. Living: At present, the company lives in the staff dormitory (4-6 people per room). 8. Annual leave: Calculated after the employee becomes a full-time employee, he can get an extra day of annual leave for every month of service in the company, with a maximum of 33 days of paid leave a year. After one year of employment, you can get 2 extra days of vacation; after two years, you can get 4 days; after three years, you can get 6 days.
9. Maternity leave: If an employee is pregnant during the working period, she can apply for a monthly testing fee of RMB500 within the first 6 months of pregnancy. If an employee becomes pregnant while on the job, he or she can apply for a six-month stay without pay, and the accompanying child can apply for one month.
