Recruitment requirements
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, graduated from law, finance, economics and other related majors, fluent in Chinese and English;
2. Have more than three years of relevant professional experience
3. Familiar with laws and regulations such as company law, contract law, securities law, etc., with a solid theoretical foundation.
4. Possess a strong ability to draft, review and modify contracts, and can draft various contract texts.
5. Excellent planning and organization skills, good working attitude and teamwork ability
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the company's legal work, establish and improve the company's legal affairs-related rules and regulations and procedures;
2. Draft and revise various investment cooperation agreements and business contracts, and assist in business negotiations and risk assessment of major decisions;
3. Provide legal support for the company's various project fundraising, investment, management and exit, participate in the design of project transaction structure and legal due diligence, draft, review, and modify project transaction documents, participate in project negotiations, and provide legal opinions for the company's management in making investment decisions;
4. Answer the legal advice raised by various departments and projects of the company in the daily operation process and give legal professional opinions or solutions and suggestions;
