Recruitment requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, graphic design, visual communication and other art design related majors. More than three years of design experience, experience in social media design and project management, and strong planning and judgment in the visual field.
2. Proficient in Photoshop, Ilustrator, Adobe and other design software;
3. Possess good aesthetic taste, artistic skills and creative ability;
4. Open minded, imaginative, concerned about industry trends and dynamics, strong self-drive;
5. Good at communication and have good teamwork spirit.
The resume should be accompanied by personal recent works or links.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the definition of HALEBOSS social media visual style, and output relevant design content and design language in social media, including but not limited to: WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu and other popular social media platforms.
2. In line with the visual design required by the brand, assist in the completion of event posters, new product banners, H5 and other page designs, and control the creativity of the brand's visual image.
3. Provide appropriate business, design, consumer and culturally relevant storytelling within the appropriate context and parameters.
4. Have an in-depth understanding of brand vision, style, and tonality to ensure that all designs are consistent and in line with all HALEBOSS brand standards

1. Working hours: 8 hours, big and small weeks, 9:30-18:30 , *
2. Probationary period: 2 months (depending on the ability, you can become a full-time member in advance)
3. Salary: fixed basic salary + quarterly performance + 500RMB full attendance (suspension of payment at home) + 200RMB water and electricity subsidies + 1800RMB meal allowance + 2000RMB housing allowance (no housing allowance for lodgers ) + 13 salary + year-end bonus ( 14-17 salary). (Quarter performance: 0-40000RMB , newcomer award 5000RMB )

4. Accommodation: Stay in a hotel-style apartment, 1 person per room, 24 -hour security, gymnasium and swimming pool are fully equipped.
5. Holidays: Paid annual leave in the Philippines is 20 working days per year, and can be taken as a full-time employee, regardless of the number of times. And all kinds of paid holidays, including annual leave, sick leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, etc.; and provide air ticket benefits for visiting relatives ( 3,000RMB per year, paid in salary).
6. Holiday activities: Large-scale festival activities will be held on traditional Chinese holidays and other holidays (Spring Festival, Mother's Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas, etc.), and holiday cash and gifts will be distributed.
7. Others: * Applying for 9G work visa, full reimbursement of new crown treatment expenses (with paid treatment) and 70% medical reimbursement for daily medical treatment
8. The office provides fruit, coffee and afternoon tea daily
9. Single room in the technical dormitory, self-holding after the passport is confirmed
10. Chinese nationals must hold a passport to enter the job (no matter what visa is currently available, they need to hold the passport after entering the job and becoming a regular)
