Job Title: Administrative Front Desk Specialist

Recruitment requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business administration, sports and other related majors;
2. More than 3 years working experience in club operation, those with working experience in well-known clubs are preferred;
3. Positive and enthusiastic, with good teamwork and communication skills.


Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for coordinating the club's budget, business positioning, formulation and implementation of business plans;
2. Check, analyze and gradually improve the business situation of the clubhouse, and complete the business plan goals on time;
3. Coordinate the company to complete the project research and business planning, adjust the business direction in a timely manner, and carry out operational rectification;
4. Analyze the operation and management status and market development situation, conduct in-depth research on competitors’ constant changes in competition strategies, and accurately grasp market dynamics;
5. Analyze sales dynamics and product quality, strengthen internal management, continuously improve service level and product quality, and carry out corresponding training.
