Job Title: Deputy Manager of Human Resources - Recruitment Direction

Recruitment requirements
1. College degree or above, majored in human resources management, business administration and other related majors; non-Chinese nationality
2. More than 5 years working experience in human resources, more than 3 years working experience in recruitment management, Internet and e-commerce industry recruitment management experience is preferred;
3. Proficient in the recruitment module, proficient in the application of various recruitment tools and interview methods;
4. Good communication skills, affinity, coordination and insight;


Job Responsibilities
1. According to the company's strategy, complete the annual human resources planning, grasp the recruitment needs of various departments, and control the expenditure of labor costs;
2. Assist the person in charge of the department to design the organizational structure and position setting, and assist in sorting out and improving the company's job description;
3. Create a competency model and a talent assessment model for each position in the company; provide a scientific decision-making basis for the company's recruitment and promotion through the personnel-job matching system.
4. Guide and urge each subsidiary to formulate recruitment plans and carry out various specific activities to ensure the smooth completion of recruitment tasks;
5. Assist in coordinating the whole process of recruitment preparation, implementation (recruitment, selection, hiring), evaluation, and configuration
