Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily customer service of the customer service department, and perform tasks in accordance with various procedures and specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Collect user feedback and problem information, compile relevant content and provide it to relevant departments for resolution.
3. Use speech skills flexibly to appease and solve customer problems, and get satisfaction and recognition from users in the process.
4. Be able to face problems and customers with a good attitude, and have good emotional intelligence and emotions to solve customer problems.
