Recruitment requirements
1. More than 5 years experience in software testing
2. Able to independently undertake small version delivery
3. Familiar with testing theory and concepts, writing test cases
4. Familiar with test management tools and defect management tools
5. Proficient in testing theory, process, methods and common testing tools
6. Familiar with a language such as Java/Shell/PHP/Python/Ruby , familiar with Linux common operation commands, familiar with basic operations of Oracle/MySQL database
7. Performance testing, automated testing, security testing, interface testing, business function testing, at least rich experience in one field, good at it, outstanding ability
8. Strong logical analysis ability, good at communication and expression, strong learning ability
Job Responsibilities
1. According to the product requirements document / R&D technology analysis document, analyze the test demand points, and form the test demand specification
2. Formulate test strategies and test plans, design test cases, execute test cases, submit test reports, and ensure project quality and progress
3. Independently undertake or be mainly responsible for a certain work or version requirements test, and can complete tasks on time and with quality
4. Complete the test design planning and review of the requirements scheme in a certain field of automation, performance, security, interface, and business function testing, develop test case scripts and execute them independently
5. Promote the test progress, discover process problems in the project process, optimize test methods and technologies, and improve test work efficiency
6. Independently analyze and locate the problems found in the test, and can discuss the solution to the defect problem with the developer
7. Organize business or skills training and share your rich work experience and skills
8. Research and introduce new technologies or tools for automation, performance, security, interface, and business function testing, improve team work efficiency, and ensure test quality
9. Guide or lead other colleagues to work, help other colleagues improve business knowledge and skills
