Job Title : Test Engineer

Recruitment requirements
1. College degree or above;
2. More than 2 years of working experience in development and testing;
3. Rigorous thinking and clear logic, able to keenly capture the weak points in the application of business technology
4. Familiar with software testing and development process, able to independently design software testing, write test cases and test plans;
5. Have a certain foundation of web application, SQL or Oracle database;
6. Master commonly used software testing tools, proficiency in using LoadRunner , Jmeter and other performance testing tools is preferred;
7. Experience in participating in large-scale system enterprise management software testing is preferred;
8. Experience in automated testing implementation is preferred.
9. Possess strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills, and good logical expression, communication and teamwork skills;
10. Have good self-drive, learn and accept new environment quickly;
11. Have team awareness, be good at communication, actively face difficulties, and have a good mentality to deal with pressure.
Job Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with project requirements, write test plans and test cases;
2. Follow up product requirements analysis, conduct detailed functional module testing and integration testing;
3. Track, analyze and report software problems, promote the testing process, and ensure project quality;
4. Provide technical support to other departments within the scope of expertise, and write customer documents.
