Recruitment requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as a daily working language
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in Internet product operation, more than 2 years of mature Internet product operation team management experience; not limited to overseas mobile games, social networking, e-commerce, voice live broadcast and other fields with successful operating experience and methodology
- Experience in social gameplay, game operation, growth/retention products, understanding and research on social habits and culture of overseas users; work planning and management experience in a product + operation compound team is preferred
- Have excellent communication and coordination skills, actively promote, strong execution, fast learning ability, maintain an open mind, and be willing to contact and learn emerging industries such as blockchain and Web3
- With strong data sensitivity and data analysis capabilities, he can comprehensively find problems presented by business data through the collected internal and external information, optimize the operation plan and cooperate with relevant teams to implement it efficiently.

- Responsible for the continuous improvement of existing products and the development of new functions;
- Responsible for new product technical architecture design, function implementation, and version iteration.
