Recruitment requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as a daily working language
2. More than 5 years of relevant experience in Internet product operation, more than 2 years of mature Internet product operation team management experience; not limited to overseas mobile games, social networking, e-commerce, voice live broadcast and other fields with successful operating experience and methodology
3. Have experience in social gameplay, game operation, operation experience in growth/retention products, have a certain understanding and research on social habits and culture of overseas users; experience in work planning and management of a product + operation composite team is preferred
4. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, actively promote, strong execution, fast learning ability, maintain an open mind, and be willing to contact and learn emerging industries such as blockchain and Web3
5. Have strong data sensitivity and data analysis ability, can comprehensively find out the problems presented by business data through the collected internal and external information, optimize the operation plan and cooperate with relevant teams to implement it efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
1. An operation trader who has a thorough understanding of overseas communities, communities and user life cycles, and can lead the team to be responsible for the refined operation of million-level C-end products
2. KPI expert, expert in index interpretation and allocation, able to coordinate with product, market, business and other departments to formulate operational strategies and promote implementation
3. Can successfully operate and lead a million-level C-end overseas operation team, respond quickly and operate efficiently
4. Conduct data analysis review and user sorting on each link of the operation, extract the core methodology, and further improve the operation effect
5. Go deep into specific overseas regions when necessary, communicate with target users in depth, understand the market and user usage scenarios and core needs
