Recruitment requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, more than one year experience in game server-side communication structure development, good programming habits, proficient in using C++.
2. Rich experience in high-concurrency service development.
3. Strong data structure and algorithm logic ability, sensitive to program performance (computing performance and communication efficiency).
4. Proficient in TCP/IP, Socket programming, multi-threaded processing experience, proficient in sqlserver database table structure design and performance optimization.
5. Have a good sense of teamwork and excellent learning ability, clear logic, serious and responsible work, and be able to communicate and coordinate patiently and carefully.
6. Strong driving force and pressure resistance, able to adapt to high-intensity work.
7. Chess and card experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the architecture design of the game server. According to the product requirements, realize the game communication technology, underlying logic implementation and other server technical frameworks.
2. Responsible for tool development or secondary development based on game requirements, and complete relevant technical documentation.
3. Responsible for the performance tuning of the server (including communication efficiency, logic implementation efficiency, computing efficiency, database optimization, etc.), maintenance, transformation and optimization of logic codes and background frameworks.
4. Responsible for the hot update technology research on the server side and the realization of the shutdown maintenance update plan.
5. Responsible for timely resolution of various version issues (including failures and other technical issues) related to server-side development, testing, and operation.
